描述

BioActs的Flamma?  NIR Flours系列是近紅外熒光染料,用于動物成像。BioActs的產品有高熒光強度、水溶性好及低毒性的優點。BioActs的近紅外熒光染料波長范圍為 600到900 nm, 在動物體內可高效成像。

BioActs的近紅外染料有各種反應基團,如NHS酯,馬來酰亞胺,異硫氰酸酯等,所以你可以選擇合適的反應基團進行有效的實驗。

近紅外熒光染料體內成像實驗步驟

實驗步驟如下
實驗準備: 5周齡的Balb/c 雄性裸鼠(1周穩定期后,在第六周實施實驗)
動物實驗: 稀釋每種熒光材料,濃度為0.03 mg / ml.,靜脈注射 100 μl 熒光材料到鼠體內。在注射后 1 分鐘, 30 分鐘, 1 小時, 2 小時, 3 小時, 和 1 天后分別對其熒光成像. (成像設備: IVIS)
