描述

ApoFlamma? 系列是用于檢測凋亡細胞的探針,它靶向結合凋亡細胞。此系列有兩種類型產品,一種是ApoFlamma?  PS,特異性結合暴露于凋亡細胞外膜的磷脂酰絲氨酸。另一種是ApoFlamma?  H,特異性結合通過凋亡釋放到外部的組蛋白1。這兩種類型都可以用于體內實驗。尤其是處于近紅外區域的熒光探針可免于自發熒光的干擾,可以自由使用。

體內成像步驟

實驗步驟如下
六周齡的 Balb/c 雌性裸鼠右股骨皮下注射1 x 108 MDA231 腫瘤細胞(腫瘤細胞懸浮在含有10%FBS的RPMI培養基)。
當腫瘤尺寸長到1 cm時, 裸鼠麻醉后,靜脈注射100 μL 的ApoFlamma?  (50 μM ) 。
-ApoFlamma? 注射30分鐘后,用eXplorer Optix (GE healthcare, USA) 成像設備觀測腫瘤.
